Terms and Conditions for “Dinner for Six” Farms for Change

Eligibility: This giveaway is open only to legal residents of Ontario, Canada, who are 18 years of age or older as of the entry date. The giveaway is subject to federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

Sponsor: The giveaway is sponsored by Mad Mexican, located at 405 Jane St, Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Agreement to Rules: Participants agree to abide by the Sponsor’s Official Rules and decisions by entering this giveaway. Mad Mexican reserves the right to refuse entry or disqualify any participant who fails to comply with these Official Rules.

Giveaway Period: The giveaway begins on Saturday, June 15th, at 5:30 p.m. and ends on Saturday, June 15th, at 8:30 p.m. Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

How to Enter: No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Entrants must complete the following steps to gain entry:
• Take a photo with our tacos or both and tag us @mad.mexican.food
• Fill out the entry form provided at the event.

Prize: The Winner(s) of the giveaway (the “Winner”) will receive a dinner for six people at Mad Mexican. The prize includes only six entrees; appetizers, drinks, desserts, gratuities, and taxes are not included. The approximate retail value of the prize is 240.00 CAD. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by Mad Mexican. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted.

Winner Selection and Notification: The winner will be selected on Tuesday, June 18th, by a random drawing under the supervision of Mad Mexican. The winner will be notified by email and phone within five (5) days following selection. Mad Mexican shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within five (5) days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate Winner selected.

Terms & Conditions: Mad Mexican reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the giveaway should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Mad Mexican’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the giveaway.

Disputes: THIS GIVEAWAY IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF CANADA AND ONTARIO, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this giveaway, the participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties and causes of action arising out of or connected with this giveaway shall be resolved individually, without resorting to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Ontario having jurisdiction.
